2008 - 2009 Deadlines & due Dates

Quarterly Project Update and Budget Reports
Every effort has been made to keep the Quarterly Report as concise as possible while still delivering an accurate update on your progress, concerns and budget status.

Our goals in asking for these quarterly reports is to maintain active communication in support of your project's efforts and to provide us with the information required to update our AMI stakeholders i.e. Washington Legislative offices, AMI Managing Partner Organizations and the Ford Foundation.

REMINDER: You are required to invoice the State Board for Community & Technical Colleges at least quarterly throughout your grant year,

1st Quarter Report DUE: October 15, 2008

First Quarter INVOICING TO SBCTC DUE: October 31, 2008

You are asked to include both First and Second Quarter information in your this year's Second Quarter Report and Budget Forms

First Quarter (7/1/2008 - 9/30/2008) BUDGET Report Form   -   This is an excel spreadsheet and will need to be returned as an attachment to an email at the same time that you post your reply to the Math Chat wiki topic explained above. Please read the submission instructions on the budget form.

2nd Quarter Report DUE: January 15, 2009

Second Quarter INVOICING TO SBCTC DUE: January 30, 2009

Second Quarter (10/1/2008 - 12/31/2008)PROGRESS Report Form   -  This is an online form and will be automatically sent upon completion. We ask you to submit information for both the First and Second Quarter of this year, since reports were not requested soon enough to make a First Quarter deadline.
