Who:
Teams who have successfully completed the application process and have been awarded a place on the agenda.

Where:
Cedarbrook Conference Center,
SeaTac, WA

When:
September 25 - 26, 2009

Start Time:
10:30am event check-in, September 25 (Check-in to your room is from 4PM) Dinner will be served at 5 PM.

End Time:
2:30 PM, September 26 (check-out of your rooms by 11AM, lunch at noon)

Registration:
Once you and your team are confirmed to attend the 2009 SAMS Institute, your lodging will be pre-arranged by project staff. TMP will cover site costs (excluding incidental expenses that you may incur) and travel expenses.

PLEASE NOTE:
 The cuisine at Cedarbrook should allow for many dietary choices and restrictions. If you feel that your needs are exceptionally unique, please advise us and we will work with the chef to meet those needs.
