TMP/RPM Spring Workshop

Who:
Mixed teams of full-time and/or part-time college math faculty and administrators who have successfully applied for a Re-thinking Pre-college Math Program grant.
Last Date to submit requests for attendance at the Spring Workshop is April 9, 2010. Send your request by email to: jhouse@highline.edu
ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED, SO ACT NOW and include the following information in your request:
- Leader's name, email address, phone number and institute/organization
- Name, email address, and institute/organization of each prospective attendee in your group (Teams will typically include 5 members)
- Which of your attendees will be spending the night at Cedarbrook?
Note: Since overnight accommodations are limited, first priority will go to those attendees whose project organization locations are more than 50 miles away from Cedarbrook. For those of you who qualify within this guideline, we ask that you advise us of your team's attendance as soon as possible.

12:00 noon event check-in, April 20th (Check-in to your room is from 4PM).
Lunch on the 21st is on your own before you arrive. Dinner will be complimentary and served at 5:30PM.
End Time:
2:30PM, April 21st (check-out of your rooms by 11AM, breakfast - complimentary - will be served in the morning, and lunch - complimentary - will be served at noon)
Registration:
Once we have your team's information as requested above, your lodging will be pre-arranged directly with Cedarbrook by our project staff. The RPM project will cover site costs (excluding incidental expenses that you may incur) and travel expenses (using state per diem guidelines). You will receive a reimbursement form for these travel expenses in your event packet.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: The cuisine at Cedarbrook should allow for many dietary choices and restrictions. If you feel that your needs are exceptionally unique, please advise us and we will work with the chef to meet those needs.
