- Complete optional pre-planning activities:
- Complete the team assessment and planning assignment (Word doc. available by request)
- Schedule a site visit with PCM program partner, the Washington Center (contact John House at jhouse@highline.edu for more information)
- Attend a bidder’s conference between January 11-22, 2010 via ITV and Elluminate (specific schedule to be announced)
- Plan to attend a January 28-29, 2010 PCM planning retreat where team’s can continue to learn about possible approaches to improving pre-college math and – for PCM grant applicants – refine grant proposal plans. (location information forthcoming. Open to all Washington state college math departments).
- Schedule to meet with program staff to review your application proposal and present core project plans and goals (optional)
- Beginning January 4, 2010, obtain access to the Online Grant Management System (OGMS) from the SBCTC to complete an online grant application and budget
- February 15, 2010, grant applications due through OGMS. Notifications of awards begins on March 19, 2010
- March 22-April 2, 2010, new grantees review and sign the Memo of Understanding, and finalize workplans and budgets
