Quarterly Project Update and Budget Reports
Every effort has been made to keep the Quarterly Report as concise as possible while still delivering an accurate update on your progress, concerns and budget status.

Our goals in asking for these quarterly reports is to maintain active communication in support of your project's efforts and to provide us with the information required to update our TMP stakeholders i.e. Washington Legislative offices, TMP Managing Partner Organizations and the Gates Foundation.

1st Quarter Report DUE: October 15, 2008

First Quarter (7/1/2008 - 9/30/2008)PROGRESS Report Form   -  You will be sending this First Quarter Report using our Math Chat wiki page on the TMP website. You will be sent the link and it will also be posted here at least 3 weeks prior to the report deadline.

First Quarter (7/1/2008 - 9/30/2008) BUDGET Report Form   -   This is an excel spreadsheet and will need to be returned as an attachment to an email at the same time that you post your reply to the Math Chat wiki topic explained above. Please read the submission instructions on the budget form.

2nd Quarter Report DUE: January 15, 2009

Second Quarter (10/1/2008 - 12/31/2008)PROGRESS Report Form   -  This is an online form and will be automatically sent upon completion

Second Quarter (10/1/2008 - 12/31/2008) BUDGET Report Form   -  This is an excel spreadsheet and will need to be returned as an attachment to an email. Please read the instructions on the form.

...Individual budget follow up meetings will be held in February and March (meetings must include a fiscal representative from your project)
