A Transition Math Project Phase II Partnership:

The Applied Math Project – Seattle (AMP - S) is a partnership of public schools and a community college districts committed to smoothing the transition of students moving from applied math courses into workforce training, and decreasing the numbers who need developmental math in post-secondary options.

• AMP-S recognizes that applied mathematics supports students who struggle with traditional curriculum and pedagogy
• AMP-S reveals the rigor and relevance of applied mathematics to decision-makers, parents, students and the community
