Edmonds
Articulation Council Project (EAC)
The Edmonds Articulation Council Project (EAC) is
a three-year grant comprised of well organized teams from Edmonds
Community College and the Edmonds School District. With leadership
from the long-standing EAC, local partners will work to further
align curriculum and placement functions with the College Readiness
Standards, develop shared understandings of math content, enhance
communication and outreach efforts to students and parents and,
finally, develop new courses targeting students who have completed
at least two years of high school math. These courses will be aligned
to the CRS and may include Intermediate Algebra, applied algebra
and geometry, a chemistry-based applied math course and a statistics
course.
