Transition Project (STP) Over the next year, the Seattle Transition Project (STP) will involve high school mathematics teachers, community college faculty and administrators from the Seattle Public Schools and the Seattle Community College District, with support from Eastern Washington University, in deepening cross-sector partnerships through the development of a cross-sector mathematics learning community. The learning community will engage in ongoing professional development focused on implementing the College Readiness Standards and identifying curricular and student support strategies targeting under-represented minority and other under-served student populations.
