When:
September 8 - 10, 2009

Start Time:
1:00 PM, September 8 (Check-in to your room is from 3PM on and time will be given after the opening session for this) Dinner will be served after 5 PM.

End Time:
1:00 PM, September 10 (check-out of your rooms by 11AM, lunch at noon)

Registration:
Once you and your team are confirmed to attend the 2010 Summer Math Institute, your lodging will be pre-arranged by project staff. TMP will cover site costs (excluding incidental expenses that you may incur) and travel expenses.

PLEASE NOTE: The unique conferencing environment at the Sleeping Lady includes room-sharing. In assigning rooms, it is our intent to keep the specific Project teammates together in their own guest cottage clusters.

Please advise us if an individual's name makes it difficult to discern whether male or female so that embarrassing situations can be avoided. The award-winning cuisine at Sleeping Lady is organic and allows for many dietary choices and restrictions. If you feel that your needs are exceptionally unique, please advise us and we will work with the chef to meet those needs.
