2007 - 2008 TMP / Agile Mind Project: Current User Guide

Expectations for TMP-Sponsored Agile Mind Projects in Washington
- Identify a local Agile Mind Coordinator/Lead who will periodically connect with TMP staff on their participation and their project's status.
- Submit to TMP a plan (or even an emerging plan) for implementation in your local area with goals and indicators of success. (See the section below on post-training and implementation evaluation)
- The local TMP Coordinator/Leader will create and maintain a master roster which details the names and contact information of Coaches, Teacher Leaders, and Agile Mind Teachers for each District and School in their local area.
- The roster list is reconciled following each training event and sent to TMP staff within a week of the close of the event. All changes (new additions, no shows, cancellation, partial attendance, etc.) are made to a TMP Roster Change Form and submitted to TMP staff, who will, in turn, reconcile the information with Agile Mind representatives.
- Refer prospective users to the TMP website to review the steps required to submit an online Registry Form that will receive a prompt response from TMP staff.
